Welcome to The Lower Niagara River Catholic Community, comprised of St. Raphael’s Parish in Niagara Falls, NY and St. Peter’s Parish in Lewiston, NY and Youngstown, NY. Responding to God’s invitation, it is our collaborative mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18). Our mission is fulfilled by celebrating the Sacraments, nourishing a Spiritual Life, providing lifelong Faith Formation, providing opportunities for Ministry and Stewardship and the responsible Administering of the resources God has entrusted to our care.
